Our services

Assessment

A psychiatric assessment is the first step in understanding your mental health needs. During the appointment, we will talk through your current concerns, personal history, and any factors that may be affecting your wellbeing. This helps us gain a clear picture of your situation so we can provide personalised, evidence-based treatment recommendations.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy, sometimes called “talk therapy,” is a collaborative process that helps people explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in a safe and supportive environment. It provides strategies to manage difficulties, improve wellbeing, and strengthen coping skills, with the goal of fostering positive change and personal growth.

Medication

Medication can play an important role in supporting mental health recovery. Prescribed carefully and based on the best available evidence, medication may help to reduce symptoms, improve daily functioning, and support overall wellbeing. We work together to find the right treatment plan, ensuring that any medication is safe, effective, and tailored to your individual needs.

Education

Psychoeducation involves learning about mental health conditions, treatments, and coping strategies in a clear and supportive way. It helps individuals and families better understand their experiences, build skills to manage challenges, and feel more confident in their recovery journey. We also provide education to healthcare and community services to support broader understanding and better care.
