Aire Clinic accepts referrals from general practitioners (GPs) and other medical specialists.

For Medicare rebates, a valid referral from your GP or specialist is required.

Referrals can be sent via HealthLink secure messaging, or uploaded/emailed as directed.

You may also use our website enquiry form, but please note this is not a secure channel for sensitive health information.

Cancellations and non-attendance

We request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may attract a cancellation fee.

3. Telehealth Services

Aire Clinic provides telehealth consultations when clinically appropriate.

Telehealth is conducted over secure platforms, but no system can be guaranteed completely free from technical disruptions or security risks.

Telehealth may not be suitable for all clinical situations. Your psychiatrist will discuss alternatives if needed.
